To prevent Osteoporosis
- Take Shatawari, Ashwagandha with Deshi cow milk,
- Do exercise, Suryanamaskar, regularly
- Eat Organic, Seasonal fruits and healthy balanced food food
- Massage with medicated oil such as Bala tel, Mahanarayan tel daily if possible
- Follow ayurvedic life style, nature's clock
- Keep your bowel movements regular. Don't get constipated
- Do seasonal Panchakarma adviced by Ayurveda
- Take Rasaya Medicines like Bhrungaraj, Vijayasar, Bramhi, Vacha,Loha bhasma, Ashwagandha, Amalaki, black sesame, Guduchi, Gokhru etc

- Panchtikta ksheer basti
- Sahcharyadi tel basti
- Yapan basti, Vrushya Rasayan basti
- Medicines like Prawal panchamrut, Mukta pishti, Jasad bhasma, Trayodaashang guggul, Tyapyadi Loha, Narsimha Rasayan, are useful
