TREATMENT:- Should start food having following characteristics and after digestion and according to the digestive power of individuals, quantity of food can be increase step by step.
त्यासाठी खालीलप्रमाणे आहार घ्यावा
**Characteristics of food
1)Food which is easy to digest पचायला हलके
2)Mixed with little ghreeta स्निग्ध ,तुप घालून
3)which is warm/hot in temperature गरम
4)and in less quantity अल्प प्रमाणात
Should start meal having above characteristics and after digestion of it can increase the quantity of food slowly.
अशाप्रकारे आहार घेऊन पचेल तसे हळूहळू वाढवावे
