-It improves and maintain good quality and quantity of sperms, semen.(श्रेष्ठ #वाजीकरण व उत्तम #वीर्यवर्धक)

 Useful in disorders like Azoospermia, oligospermia,asthenozoospermia(AZS) etc

- It increase Sapta Dhatu Rasa,Rakta etc respectively.

-It is helpful in the premature

ejaculation,hyperviscosity of semen. 

It is very good in #maleinfertility 

- During taking the medicine he should follow abstinence of the coitus(ब्रम्हचर्य).It results in increased strength,purification of semen and sperms.

Ingredients of Shatavaryadi churna –

Shatavari, Ashwagandha, kavach beeja without cover, Safed Musali,Gokhru beeja

In equal quantity. Mix and grind it together and keep in the glass jar.

3-6gms

Morning empty stomach 

And

At Night ,one hour before going to bed

WITH COW MILK AND SUGAR
