Ashwagandha and Shatavari Ayurvedic Fertility Medicines

 Both medicines are most useful in male and female infertility.

#Ashwagandha stimulates ovulation and release eggs from ovaries(#Ovulation) in female.

In Male it improves quantity and quantity of sperms and release of sperms from testes (#spermiation)

 Ashwagandha is useful in #libido.

Dose -1gm with milk mixed with sugar 

#अश्वगंधा शुक्रं जनयति तथा च तं विरेचयति l

अश्वगंधा सद्य: शुक्रं करोति l

#Shatavari increases eggs, sperms but don't help to release.

#शतावरी शीतवीर्यत्वात् शुक्रं जनयति न तु विरेचयति ll
